Top 3 Easy Stomach Exercises

Having a great stomach is the goal of millions of people across the world, however only 1% get the stomachs they’ve been striving for. The 99% stays the same, they think exercising is complicated, but it doesn’t have to be that way. In fact some easy stomach exercises can do wonders for your body!

Here’ I’ve gathered the top 3 easy stomach exercises that ARE EFFECTIVE, there may be easier exercises out there but that only bring poor results. Add these exercises to your daily morning routine or do it on TV shows breaks and you’ll start seeing results sooner than you think.

The Plank

This stomach exercise is easy to do and you don’t need space or equipment. However it is very powerful! It will build strength both in you abs and you back, giving you a nice core section definition.

1.Lie face down on the floor, resting on your forearms.

2.Push off the ground, raising up to stand on toes and elbows.

3.Keep your back flat, like a plank. Your whole body must stay aligned.

4.Stay in this position for 30-60 seconds, then go back to the floor. Repeat 3 times.

The Vacuum

A forgotten exercise that do wonders to work your transverse abdominal muscles, the deeper muscles in your abs.

1.Relaxed, inhale deeply, filling your lungs with air.

2.Slowly exhale, and as you do this, try to bring your belly button towards your spine.

3.You’ll feel your deeper muscles contracted and burning. Hold for 10 seconds.

4.Let go and repeat again for 5 times.

The Bicycle Exercise

The bicycle exercise is an easy stomach exercise and the most effective one according to researchers at the American Council on Exercise. You don’t have an excuse to avoid it!

1.Lie on the floor; make sure your lower back is pressed on the ground.

2.Take your hands behind your ears. Then bring up your knees at a 45 degree angle.

3.Start doing a bicycle pedaling motion. Touch your elbow with the opposite knee (right elbow with left knee and so on, alternating)

4.Breathe relaxed and evenly throughout the whole exercise.

Practice these 3 easy stomach exercises each day, and you’ll be on your way to a perfect set of bas. Also don’t forget to add cardio and a healthy diet to the equation, or else the fat won’t let show the results you have achieved. Good luck!

How to Change Your Bad Eating Habits and Start Losing Weight

Changing your bad eating habits only means choosing your food the right way. This doesn’t mean you have to starve yourself in order to lose weight. Here are some changes you can start making TODAY. Yes, and all of them are easy ideas that you can begin implementing little by little at your own pace to finally get the body you desire.

Keep in mind, that all of these changes, when permanent, will bring a drastic change in both your life and the way you look & feel. You can still eat your favorite food, but do it with moderation and from time to time. I guarantee you’ll lose weight, even more if you engage in exercise!

- Eat brown rice instead of white rice.

- Drink water, not soda at least 8 glasses a day.

- Replace whole milk for soy milk - it has lots of proteins!

- Pick a special day of the week, when you can eat whatever you want (with moderation an responsibility)

- If you want a snack, buy some almonds. They’ll provide proteins and keep you full.

- Replace pig bacon for turkey bacon

- Eat whole wheat pasta.

- Buy lean meat.

- When going to a restaurant split your meal in two with another person. You don’t have to finish all the serving by yourself!

These are simple choices that will have a tremendous positive impact on your life. They’ll help you get rid of bad eating habits by replacing them with good habits. Isn’t that great? How to Lose Your Love Handles With Abs Exercises

People want to look fit, but hey know that the main obstacle in their way is the belly fat, and to be more specific they know that it’s about losing the “love handles”. These are deposits of body fat located at both sides of our torso, covering the oblique muscles. So, it is important to know also how to lose your love handles.

The traditional exercises will not work for this purpose because exercises like crunches and sit-ups don’t work on your obliques; rather they center their efforts on the rectus abdominus. However there are good exercises that rigger the obliques and let you lose the love handles along with a healthy diet. Let’s have a look at them:

Side Bend

These is my personal favorite exercise to lose the love handles.

1. Stand upright with feet shoulder width apart and your knees slightly bent.

2. Lower you torso to one side and then to the other slowly and with control. Be sure to lean side to side only.

Torso Twist

Do this after the side bends.

1. Stand like in the side bend.

2. Twist the body to the right, then to the left. NOTE: Twist form the torso not from the hips. The twisting must be done with your obliques.

Side Crunch

Time to lie down on the floor! You can use an exercise mat or a towel to soften the surface. 1. Lie down on the right side.

2. Bring your right arm across your waist and let it rest

3. Touch your ear with the fingertips of your left hand, so that your left elbows winds up pointing straight upward.

4. Lift your shoulders of the floor 30cm contracting your obliques.

5. Repeat for a full set and change sides.

Seated Knee Drop

1. Rest on your hipbones on the floor. You can stabilize yourself with your hands behind you.

2. Bend your knees and put your feet flat on the surface with your ankles together.

3. Lower your knees to the right. Your feet should roll to, but still rest on the floor.

4. Continue until your knees are 6 inches above the floor, hold for a second and repeat on the other side.

5. The key here is control of movement, instead of using momentum.

Now you know how to lose your love handles. These are pretty simple exercises that require nothing but time to do. Stick to them every day or leaving a day off and you’ll start seeing results in no time!
